    Description

    Overview:
    We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team.

    The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for sales and customer service.


    Duties:

    • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
    • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Support the sales team in managing customer accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and resolving any customer issues or inquiries
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
    • Assist in the development of sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth
    • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and maintaining strong relationships with clients

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Ability to analyze data and generate reports
    • Knowledge of outside sales techniques and business development strategies
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
    • Technical sales experience is a plus
    • Strong customer service orientation
