Southland Insulators is currently seeking an ambitious, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join our large, family owned and operated subcontractor as a
Scheduling and Sales Coordinator to support our Winchester VA location. This new team member should be very detail oriented, have excellent prioritization skills, and be well organized and able to work in a very fast-paced office environment. Previous work in residential construction and/or administrative support is preferred.


The Scheduling and Sales Coordinator handles several functions to facilitate the sales team, installation crews and the production team manager. The coordinator performs tasks necessary to keep all projects running smoothly with scheduling changes occurring frequently. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, perform data entry, and answer phones.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Schedule, maintain and likely reschedule installation date(s) with the clients
  • Coordinate installations between the Sales Team, Installation Crew and Production Team Manager
  • Assist in the coordination and management of basic and routine contract administration under the direct supervision and guidance of the Production Team Manager
  • Review work requests for accuracy and identify any potential issues to be addressed with the Production Team Manager and/ or Sales Team
  • Prioritize and perform daily tasks with a moving target
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to Branch Manager and Branch Team, and Production Team Manager
  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide accurate data entry and maintain records as required
  • Heavy multitasking between clients and internal teams
  • Timely organization of all documents pertaining to each customer/ installation

Qualifications:


  • Ability to work remotely after successful completion of approximately 46 months of fulltime, inoffice training
  • General construction experience and basic knowledge of trade coordination
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, including time management, and prioritization

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
