The problem is, building a pSEO engine currently requires work from SEO analysts, content marketers, software engineers, data scientists and others.

daydream is building a SaaS platform that automates every piece of building a programmatic SEO engine.
Everything from identifying search queries, to producing 90th percentile quality content at scale, all the way to automatically updating that content.

Demand for daydream is growing fast as our ARR continues to increase rapidly each month since the inception of our company, all before launching a generally available product.
This is exciting, but there's still a lot to do ahead With search undergoing the most rapid change in a generation, we want to establish daydream as a leading voice on the intersection of AI, SEO, and search.

The people you'll be working with
Thenuka (CEO and Co-Founder): Thenuka was previously the founder at CEO at Flixed, which he bootstrapped to $2M+ in revenue almost exclusively using programmatic SEO.
Prior to that he was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Hustle Fund and Chief of Staff to the COO at Pango, a cybersecurity company with $100M+ in annual revenue.
Shravan (CTO and Co-Founder): Shravan was previously an Engineering Lead at Flixed.Before that, Shravan worked as a Software Engineer at Facebook for three years, where he worked on mass-scale web scraping for Facebooks' Jobs product, and Meta Reality Labs.
Wesley (Chief of Staff): Prior to becoming Chief of Staff at daydream, Wesley spearheaded growth initiatives at Hustle Fund's Angel Squad.
Initially, I joined the team as a growth intern (thanks to Thenuka) and rapidly transitioned to a full-time position in three months.

This includes creating a content calendar with thoughtful essays on the future of search, and SEO breakdowns for different companies.
Optimize our inbound marketing funnel:
We received over 1,000+ waitlist submits just from announcing our pre-seed You'll work with sales to carefully optimize our inbound marketing funnel, ensuring that we're making the most of people visiting us.
We'd like to expand far beyond written long-form content over the following quarters. We're interested in exploring the creation of a course, podcast appearances, and other yet-untapped mediums.
1 month
Build context:
You'll get to know Thenuka, Shravan, Wesley and the rest of the team to build context on the current state of our sales & marketing efforts.
Learn the product :
We believe that it's important for everyone on the team to understand our product well. You'll spend the first few days familiarizing yourself with the strengths and weaknesses of the daydream SaaS application.
Expand our long-form editorial efforts:
You'll start managing our content writing contractors, and build out a full content calendar for the next several months.
3 months
Publish daydream's first course:
We'd like to create a high-quality course focused on explaining the fundamentals of programmatic SEO.
You'll work with Thenuka, Wesley, and our growth team to build out a curriculum, publish the course, and then market it.
Expand into podcast appearances:
You'll support Thenuka in securing appearances on marketing and growth podcasts to bring daydream's thesis on SEO to a mainstream audience.
You'll develop a cohesive vision for daydream's marketing efforts, align the team around it, and then start executing towards it.
Support new hires:
As a fast growing company, we will likely expand our team further in 6-9 months. You'll help onboard new hires to our codebase and support them while they ramp up.
Compensation & remote work policy
The compensation for this role is $140K - $160K base salary with 0.15% - 0.25% equity in daydream. We expect employees to be in our San Francisco office 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs).
