    About Our Organization:
    The CLASS Consulting Group is a small consulting firm based in the SFO-Bay Area. We work closely with nonprofit organizations, offering management consulting services to help them achieve their goals. Additionally, we provide leadership opportunities to professionals in the community.

    We are searching for dedicated individuals to join our volunteer teams.

    Position Type: Volunteering (Please note that all positions at The Class Consulting Group are unpaid). Currently, the roles are remote due to COVID-19.
    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Create and implement plans to support short and long-term marketing strategies.
    • Lead the marketing team in developing innovative pathways and products.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to the Team Lead of Client Relations.
    • Research and assess new marketing opportunities and client needs.
    • Gain a deep understanding of the brand to identify enhancement opportunities.
    • Define creative campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
    • Oversee the production of marketing materials and manage the CLASS website content.
    • Promote the 'CLASS' brand to the community.
    • Analyze marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Apply key marketing concepts for development and design purposes.
    • Create effective marketing communications and deliverables.

    Requirements:
    Qualifications & Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field required.
    • Master's in business or marketing preferred.
    • Prior experience in media, corporate, or nonprofit settings.
    • Experience in web design, writing, marketing, fundraising, and project management.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
    • Expertise in internet and social media strategy.
    • Experience with graphic design, photography, and website management.
    • Experience in managing PR and communication with clients.
    Skills/Abilities
    • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Team player with the ability to provide valuable input.
    • Leadership skills to coordinate a creative team effectively.
    • Continuous improvement mindset.
    • Ability to present to various audiences.
    Commitment
    • Minimum commitment of 1+ year for the unpaid position.
    • Attend Weekly Virtual Meetings on MS Teams.
    • Minimum 5 hours per week commitment.
    • Focus on continuous learning.
