    Mission:
    • Entretenir une troite collaboration avec les Talents Acquisition Specialists pour comprendre les exigences des besoins en recrutement
    • Elaborer des stratgies de sourcing efficaces;
    • Effectuer des recherches approfondies pour identifier et attirer des candidats qualifis pour des postes vacants;
    • Utiliser des plateformes de recrutement en ligne, des rseaux sociaux professionnels et d'autres outils pour trouver des profils correspondant aux besoins;
    • Construire et entretenir un vivier de talents;
    Qualifications:
    • Fraichement diplm d'un BAC +3 / BAC +5 en ressources humaines ou quivalent;
    • Stage dans le recrutement ou le sourcing de talents;
    • Excellentes comptences en communication crite et verbale, ainsi qu'une capacit dmontre interagir efficacement avec des candidats de divers horizons;
    • Fortes comptences en recherche et en utilisation d'outils de sourcing en ligne;
    • Capacit travailler de manire autonome tout en tant un membre collaboratif de l'quipe;
    • Capacit travailler sous pression et respecter les dlais;
    • Souci du dtail et capacit grer efficacement plusieurs tches simultanment;
    • Matrise de l'anglais et ventuellement d'autres langues;
