    Responsibilities

    The Sourcer/ Associate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews and scheduling interviews.

    The Sourcer/ Associate Recruiter will also be responsible for providing exceptional candidate and client support, building relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues, and achieving recruiting goals within a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment

    Role DescriptionThis is a 2-month contract with the intent of a full-time, REMOTE role for a Sourcer/ Associate Recruiter.

    The Sourcer/ Associate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews and scheduling interviews.

    The Sourcer/ Associate Recruiter will also be responsible for providing exceptional candidate and client support, building relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues, and achieving recruiting goals within a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
