    Were looking for a Senior Sourcer to join our People Team This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity.


    What youll do:


    Provide front end (finding, sourcing, and phone screening), high volume recruiting support for our Software Engineering, business and corporate teamsWork closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader Snap Inc.

    organizationDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the companyUse hiring metrics to develop and execute on new and more efficient sourcing solutionsHelp recruiters review inbound resumesAttend recruiting conferences and events and develop post-event outreach strategiesOperate as sourcing maven, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means (LinkedIn)

    Provide strong and positive experience to Snap candidatesEngage top talent with your personalized approachKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    Ability to engage and activate passive candidates via internet sourcing techniquesExperience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of: hiring timeline or sourcer bandwidthExperience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and sourcing the very bestExperience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talentExperience mentoring junior teammatesCustomer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and recruitersSkill in organization, prioritization, and operating at speed and with urgencyA love for solving challenging problems and building programs for scaleWell networked within the creative content spaceA passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on the communityA passion for Snap Inc


    and creativityMinimum Qualifications:


    BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience5+ years of recruiting experience focused on supporting the business and/or corporate teams'Default Together' Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc.

    The successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
    Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :The base salary range for this position is $126,000-$189,000 annually


    Zone B :
    The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$179,000 annually


    Zone C :
    The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.
