    Relationship Building

    Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the benefits of joining our brokerage.
    Collaborate with leadership to understand recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies to meet those needs.
    Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials and campaigns.

    Interview and Assessment:
    Conduct interviews to assess the suitability and alignment of potential candidates with the brokerage's values and goals.
    Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure a successful match.

    Onboarding:
    Provide smooth onboarding process for new real estate agents.
    Facilitate training sessions and orientation programs to familiarize agents with company policies and procedures.

    Market Research:
    Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

    Real Estate Agent Recruiter

    to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our network of talented real estate professionals.

    We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.


    Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition:
    Identify and attract top-tier real estate agents through proactive recruitment strategies.
    Utilize networking events, online platforms, and industry connections to build a strong candidate pipeline.
    Relationship Building

    Qualifications:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proactive and self-motivated with a track record of achieving recruitment targets.
    Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and social media channels.
    Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry dynamics. (preferred)
    Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent Recruiter or similar role in the real estate industry. (preferred)


    Compensation:
    $25/hr + Bonuses and Commissions

    Bonus Structure:
    $50 bonus for every in-person appointment set with a qualified candidate.
    Commission Structure: 2% commission on closed transactions generated by recruited agents, for their first year.

    Paid holidays + annual floating holiday + birthdays off
    10 days of vacation per year (accrued); (5 days for part time employees)
