    Job Description

    Job DescriptionProject Description: We lead small to medium computer and email/M365 migration projects for one of North America's largest TV providers in Castle Rock, CO. From server migration to email closeout, we ensure seamless transitions and efficient integrations to uphold optimal operations.Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage small to medium computer and email/M365 migration projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
    • Collaborate closely with Integration Lead, Customer Support (ITSS), and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
    • Utilize Project Management best practices to deliver quality and cost-effective results.
    • Oversee all aspects of server and email migrations, including mailbox setup, data transfer, and integration testing.
    • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
    • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
    • Foster relationships with key business partners and project team members.
    Skills Required:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 4 years of project coordination/management experience in an IT setting.
    • 2-4 years of experience in computer and/or email/M365 migrations.
    • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and project management tracking software.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
    Nice-to-Have Skills:
    • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a plus.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively on multiple tasks with supervision.
    • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is advantageous.
