Select LTC Pharmacy is the fastest growing provider of hospice pharmacy services in Southern California. Select specializes in delivering medications and medical supplies to hospices and long term care facilities within hours.

As a pharmacy delivery dispatch manager, you will oversee the dispatch department, responsible for optimizing delivery routes, scheduling routes, tracking delivery data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency.

Your role includes leadership and coordination to ensure timely and accurate prescription deliveries while managing a team of dispatchers and drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the dispatch department
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries, pickups, and shipments
• Monitor and track the progress of all dispatched orders
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement in dispatch efficiency
• Ensure timely communication with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the dispatch process
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics and transportation processes

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Experience in dispatching or logistics management preferred
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures
• Knowledge of GPS and GIS systems for efficient route planning

Pay:
$ $32.50 per hour
