    Head of Services
    New York, New York (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)
    Full time opportunity

    A client (Fintech company) in NYC is seeking a Head of Services professional to lead our Software Solution Team, ensuring our clients fully leverage our product through customized integrations and services.

    Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, enhancing client satisfaction and product adoption.

    If you're experienced in fintech, software engineering and excel in a fast-paced environment, join us in making a significant impact on our clients' success.

    Responsibilities
    Requirements gathering, analysis, and project design.
    Scoping calls with customers for needs analysis and solution proposal.
    Managing and coaching the implementation team; reviewing deliverables
    Project management for timely delivery of technical projects
    Being the public face for the team, supporting sales with professional services
    Maintaining and producing internal and customer-facing documentation
    Continuous team improvement through process standardization and automation
    Providing training to internal team members
    Requirements and skills
    5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical customer-facing roles
    1+ year of experience in a Fintech environment
    Excellent knowledge of SQL
    Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field
    Experience with Java, Angular, React
    Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile development, and planning
    Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and diligent
