Client Tech Support Engineering - Professional I


What does a successful Client Tech
Support Engineer do at Fiserv?

What you will do:


  • Perform duties as part of a scheduled oncall rotation.
  • Respond to client incidents off hours (evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays), as well as responding to occasional requests for additional offhour work in the event of an emergency client incident or critical business need.

What you will need to have:

  • 3-5 years' hands on experience working with

Web Tier:
IIS administration, Web browsers, navigation.

  • 35 years' experience working with Infrastructure: Windows Server administration, Using scripts (BAT, VBScript, PowerShell), TCP/IP networking basics.
  • Ability to work under pressure to complete tasks on schedule with high quality.
  • Detailoriented with ability to execute complex, technical system administration procedures.
  • Good understanding of ITIL framework and service delivery.

What would be great to have:

  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of payment processing; Fiserv's products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
