What does a Project Specialist do
at Fiserv?


The Project Specialist plays a meaningful role in the delivery of our debit product solutions to our existing client base.

The Project Specialist will be partnering with multiple teams within the organization and collaborating with external clients.

Responsible for leading key activities to ensure the installation process is completed on time and in accordance with client requirements.


What you will do:


  • You will take projects from original concept through final implementation working with internal resources and external customers.
  • Provide continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with client to determine parameter settings and key parameters into proprietary databases.
  • Develop and maintain professional client relationships and manage expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation and procedures identified throughout the project relating to new product/feature functionality.
  • Provide occasional after hour support during client implementations.
  • Develop and maintain consistent standards for project status reporting for internal and external purpose.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.

What you need to have:


  • One to three years of experience using digital channels, online/mobile banking, and electronic payment products.
  • One or more years' experience working within an implementation environment.
  • One to three years of Project Management knowledge.
  • One or more years of experience using; MS-Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneNote, and SharePoint).

What would be great to have:

  • Experience working within the Financial Services Industry.
  • A solid understanding of Digital Channels, Online/Mobile Banking, and Electronic Payment products.
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
