    We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team to grow our client base and drive revenue.


    Position Overview:
    This role requires strong communication skills and a proven track record in developing new clients.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.


    Responsibilities:
    Independent performer with ability to find and develop new potential clients. Implement effective business development strategies to generate new opportunities.
    Attend networking events to establish a strong presence.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions in CRM software.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project initiation.


    Qualifications:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base within target industries and markets.
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    Cultivate relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
    Collaborate with the internal team to tailor solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
    Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics to inform business development strategies.
    Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Word.
    Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
