We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team to grow our client base and drive revenue.

    Position Overview: This role requires strong communication skills and a proven track record in developing new clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:
    • Independent performer with ability to find and develop new potential clients.
    • Implement effective business development strategies to generate new opportunities.
    • Attend networking events to establish a strong presence.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions in CRM software.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project initiation.
    Qualifications:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base within target industries and markets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Cultivate relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
    • Collaborate with the internal team to tailor solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics to inform business development strategies.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Word.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
