Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government contracting leader is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities:

Conduct statistical analysis in conjunction with the reporting requirements and performance measures, specific to intelligence reports produced across DEA.
Conduct analysis, compile data, prepare reports, and graphically display the information related to reporting requirements, to include database and systems usage by various elements across the agency.
Monitor and ensure reports follow prescribed formats; maintain statistics on various aspects of the intelligence program;
Ensure proper completion and submission of information summaries;
Evaluate policy, instructions, and standard operating procedures affecting Intelligence program operations;
Research, identify, and gather documents in response to incoming Freedom of Information Act requests;
Research, identify, and gather documents in response to incoming taskings as they pertain to agency priorities
Should have experience in Active Directory to assist in serving as the point of contact for database and system access, as well as maintain user accesses, troubleshoot and problem solve access issues, serve as the liaison to other government agencies to help resolve user issues and serves as a sort of database administrator (no certification necessary)

Requirements:

US Citizenship
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to obtain/maintain Agency Clearance
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of three years experience as a Program Analyst or similar position
Strong skill set in statistical analysis, reporting, graphic representation of findings
Knowledge of Active Directory
Demonstrated ability and technical knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and PowerBI
