DVS is looking for a
Program Analyst to support our team on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. This position requires an active
Secret clearance or is eligible to obtain a clearance. This is a
hybrid role with 2 days onsite.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage bottomsup ETC / EAC
  • Track Funding and Revenue Burn on a weekly basis
  • Provide Forecast Analysis: Forecast vs. Budget, Actual vs. Budget, Profitability Analysis
  • Create program financial deliverables
  • Lead weekly Financial Reviews with Program Manager
  • Work with the Accounting department for project setup related activities
  • Track subcontractor monthly burn, and initiate purchase requests as needed
  • Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

Experience & Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Program Finance experience in IT Services Government Contracting
  • A firm understanding of bottomsup budgeting and forecasting (ETC / EAC)
  • Experience in Deltek Costpoint and Cognos Reporting is preferable
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Finance, Accounting and/or Businessrelated bachelor's degree
  • An individual with strong oral and written communication skills, detail oriented, highly organized
  • Ability to work both independently and in both a local and remote team environment
