- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
- 7+ years of experience in logistics industry
- 5+ years of experience in freight brokerage
- 4+ years of customer acquisition and sales experience
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Previous account management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel
