Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client liaison
  • Project management
  • Client health and retention
  • Accounting support
  • At least two years of experience in a clientfacing role at a marketing agency OR similar experience managing an inhouse marketing team
  • Has high emotional intelligence to show empathy, strong listening and understanding in interactions with clients and internal team members
  • Has a growth mindset looking to have an impact on the overall success of the agency
  • Knowledge of how to lead successful meetings
  • Fanatical attention to detail
  • Excellent team player and communication skills
  • A background in B2B marketing is a plus

What your role looks like:

  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously and independently from creation to completion including team timelines, project tasks and budgets
  • Actively identify opportunities to help the agency achieve clients' business objectives
  • Demonstrate initiative to proactively manage projects, clients and resources
  • Nurture professional relationships, with clients and the agency team
  • Maintain working knowledge of clients and their target audiences
  • Collaborate with other team members in prioritizing client projects and forecasting workloads
  • Define project goals and communicate client needs to the team via exceptional creative briefs
  • Effectively present, communicate, sell and promote agency work to clients
  • Lead weekly status calls with clients to set expectations and responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a pervasive knowledge of core agency service offerings and capabilities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of how internal estimates map back to SOWs/contracts
  • Manage retainer campaign budgets
  • Manage outofscope requests at project level
  • Some travel is possible (approx. 5%)

Pay:
$55, $75,000.00 per year
