    With a core focus to scale and impact millions more, this role of the Social Media Manager plays a huge role in it as well.

    Full-time Social Media Manager (for the CEO of Empify). Hybrid Role in Atlanta, GA


    Responsibilities & Work EnvironmentSocial marketing and advertising are an integral part of our online marketing strategy, at its heart, social media is about people, conversations and developing leads (and sales) from those relationships.

    The Social Media Manager manages all platforms for the company's CEO.

    This role covers a number of key areas in our business, the most critical responsibilities are below:


    Lead and manage creative team and strategy:

    Administrate, ideate, and manage content developed by video editors and graphic designers. Develop the strategy, creative direction, and ensure that relevant, original, high-quality content is created for all social media channels to increase our CEO's (Ashley M. Fox) brand, audience engagement and social media followers


    Develop strategic plan and organize social media content:

    Create a regular posting schedule and organize all content according to what is needed for all projects, campaigns, media features, promotions, events and products being marketed on our CEO's platforms (@_Ashleymfox - Instagram and Twitter, @theashleymfox - TikTok, Ashley M. Fox on Linkedin, YouTube, and Facebook)


    Audience goal setting and analytical insight:

    Define KPIS and keep track of audience growth and engagement data across, on a weekly basis, across all platforms.


    Develop content that enhances the brand and online reputation of the


    CEO:
    create culturally relevant content and captions that serve and capture the attention of our audience. Maintain a strong focus on the cultivation of audience leads through aesthetic and educational content across all platforms


    Content management across all platforms:

    Manage, handle inquiries, engage with audience, and oversee all social media marketing from start to finish on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn


    Manage, Strategize, and

    Post Video Content:
    On a daily basis, review video footage, manage video editor updates, and distribute all video content across all platforms


    Organize, ideate, and develop content and direction:


    Develop the strategy, creative direction, organize and plan all video shoots, photo shoots, interview features and tv appearances for the CEO.

    Communicate missed or delayed deadlines 24-48 hours in advance
    Silence is not golden, everyone must over communicate daily
    Double confirm all deadline and project details in writing over Empify email
    Under promise and over deliver, hedge time management with all external deliverables
    Nothing should be considered complete until it is thoroughly tested, reviewed and assessed by the person responsible for the deliverable

    Desired Skills & Work History
    Experience as a social media manager for a personal brand with at least 4 years of experience
    Diverse team-work experience in a professional setting
    Experience in multi-tasking and project management
    Ability to utilize unique, lead generation, and create marketing strategies to generate revenue utilizing multiple social media platform
    Proficient in both Microsoft and Google tools (Word, Docs, Excel, Sheets etc.)
    Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, and other design platforms
    Know how to use Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn YouTube, and Facebook
    Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
    Experience and proven track record of growing social media audiences
    A passion for creating impactful social media and video content
    Understand how to read and analyze social media analytics
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Education BackgroundCollege degree or formal training post high schoolMaster's degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field
