Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Attorney to join the Executive Leadership Team of a Large Personal Injury Law Firm with national focus.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
· 5-25 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Personal Injury Law.
· Proven track record of successful case outcome and client satisfaction
· Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Detailed - oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in supervisory or managerial role within a well-established Personal Injury Law firm or 100 members or more.
