- Manage portfolios of defaulted loans during the litigation cycle from Pre-Suit through Judgment execution
- Draft and review pleadings and correspondence during the pendency of the legal action
- Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel
- Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; strong interpersonal skills; Functional experience in Magistrate, State & Superior Courts
