    We are seeking an experienced attorney to work with clients based in the Gwinnett/Forsyth/Hall County area. You will close real estate transactions and support our team when preparing for closings and clearing title on pending transactions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Close real estate transactions and ensure proper execution of closing documents
    • Review settlement statements and pending disbursements prior to closing
    • Examine and clear title to real estate
    • Prepare title clearance documents
    • Support team members when preparing for closing
    • Support clients and referrers during contract negotiations
    • Participate in marketing and business development
    • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
    • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

    ​​Qualifications:

    • Previous closing and title clearance experience
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
