    Associate Attorney for Family Law Practice - Alpharetta

    The Atlanta Divorce Law Group ("ADLG") continues to grow and expand, and we are currently seeking the next "hungry-to-learn-and-grow" associate to join our Family Law practice in Alpharetta.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of family law cases from client intake to resolution, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and paternity.
    • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
    • Draft and prepare legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents.
    • Effectively communicate with clients to explain complex legal issues, answer questions, and provide emotional support.
    • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
    • Negotiate and draft settlement agreements.
    • Stay up-to-date on Georgia family law statutes and case law.
    • Collaborate effectively with partners, associates, and paralegals.
    • Maintain a strong work ethic and meet deadlines consistently.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Bar admission in good standing in the state of Georgia.
    • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
    • Proficient in legal research and case management software.
    • Family law experience preferred.
