Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage a diverse caseload of pre-
litigation and litigation files. This role requires expertise in all phases of litigation, from initial case
assessment and investigation through trial, if necessary. The attorney will work closely with a skilled
team of paralegals and legal assistants to effectively represent our clients' interests.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury claims through all stages of litigation and pre-
litigation.
● Draft legal documents including demands, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
● Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys effectively.
● Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings with confidence
and professionalism.
● Maintain active communication with clients to gather information, provide case updates, and
ensure a positive client experience.
● Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advocacy.
● Work closely with a dedicated team of paralegals, legal assistants, and the litigation
department to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
● Embody the firm's ethos of dedication and adaptability, embracing challenges with resilience
and a commitment to delivering excellence.
● Seize opportunities for professional growth and development within the firm, leveraging technological proficiency and legal acumen to drive success.
Job Requirements:
● A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
● Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of practice.
● A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation is an advantage. We welcome
candidates with a wide range of experience levels, from seasoned attorneys to those more
recently graduated from law school, in order to build a diverse and vibrant team.
● Demonstrated excellence in written communication and confident courtroom presence.
● Strong work ethic, embodying our firm's work hard, play hard culture, with flexibility in
managing varying workloads and a steadfast dedication to deadlines and excellence.
● Previous trial experience is an advantage, showcasing the ability to navigate trial complexities
and contribute to our firm's litigation success.
● Direct client contact experience is essential, emphasizing the importance of providing a
valuable client experience.
● The candidate should be ready to embrace growth opportunities within the firm, including
the potential for bonus earnings.
● Familiarity with legal software like Casepeer and Microsoft 365 is beneficial.
