    Description
    Draft correspondence and communicate with taxing authorities.
    Assist in preparation and filing of tax returns.
    Review bank and other financial statements.
    Prepare final estate planning letters with copies of executed documents and email clients PDF versions of executed documents.
    Prepare, review and finalize binders of estate planning documents.
    Send out real estate documents to be recorded.
    Obtain and maintain Employer Identification Numbers and PTIN assignments.
    Assemble information for the preparation of accounting.
    Maintain and calendar tax returns and estate administration due dates.
    Organize and maintain client files.
    Other duties as assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.
