Description
Office Transaction CoordinatorA critical part of our Business Operations Group, the Transaction Coordinator (TC) supports our team of real estate agents. Our office provides full service support to our agents. The TC acts as the central point of contact to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Oversee document compliance oversight on all transactions
- Load and maintain listings on the MLS (HC, NJ, GS, MO)
- Ensure MLS listings comply with MLS rules and regulations
- Maintain transaction calendar and follow up with agents as needed to ensure all deadlines are met
- Create and maintain files in Dotloop for all transactions
- Assist with completing CO and Fire Smoke Certs
- Draft commission statements
- Work closely with accounting to review and process agent commissions
- Ensure all commission calculations are correct /Process changes when necessary
- Keep detailed tracking spreadsheets of the status of transactions
- Provide general administrative support to agents
- Assist with clerical duties in office
- Maintain confidentiality on all business matters
- Report directly to the Branch Manager
- Bonus Compensation based upon transaction volume
Skills:
- Familiar with MLS, Dotloop, Google G Suite, and Showingtime software
- Customer service oriented
- Detailed, thoughtful and organized
- Can manage their own time productively and efficiently
- Remains calm under pressure
- Strong quantitative skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Job Type:
Full Time (40hrs/week, M-F)
Required minimum education:
High School Diploma or GED
Required experience:
Administrative Assistant: 1 year minimum, Real Estate experience a plus
