    Job Summary:


    As a Project Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with project coordinators to ensure the successful execution of projects within the organization.

    Your role involves overseeing assigned projects, handling technical requests, and providing support to staff members. Youll also contribute to employee training and development for specific tasks and proactively address project-related challenges.

    Required Skills & Experience


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing).
    Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    Experience in administrative support or project coordination is advantageous.

    Responsibilities:

    Project Coordination:
    o Assist project coordinators in developing project plans.
    o Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables.
    o Track project progress and identify risks.

    Documentation and Reporting:
    o Prepare and manage project-related documents, including word processing and spreadsheets.
    o Maintain accurate records of project activities.
    o Generate reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.

    Quality Control:
    o Ensure adherence to quality standards.
    o Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
    o Assist in maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

    Employee Training and Development:
    o Provide training on project-specific tasks.
    o Foster continuous learning and skill development.
    o Support staff in understanding project requirements.

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

    Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
