- Ensure that payroll is processed timely and accurately. Oversee employee payroll accounting, transactions and reporting activities.
- Lead the payroll team, conduct meetings, and partner with the Payroll Manager to conduct performance evaluations.
- Develop best practices to improve efficiency of payroll processes.
- Assist in payroll calculations, deductions, insurance coverage, wage garnishments, tax filings, and child support.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing payroll procedures.
- Analyze payroll problems and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinate with HR, Benefits, HRIS, IT and Finance teams as necessary to achieve goals / resolve issues.
- Address payroll related queries and requests from associates.

The Payroll Supervisor supports the delivery of payroll services across the RNDC footprint.
This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the Payroll Specialist team as well as coordinating efforts with other departments to ensure payroll processes smoothly.
Responsible for ensuring all weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual functions and filings are performed accurately and timely.Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred, or seven or more years of multi-state payroll experience, with at least two years in a leadership role.
The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 10 pounds. Travel = up to 10% of the time.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
