    Position Title: Front Desk Manager

    Salary Range: $41-46k/ year plus Bonus and Benefits

    Role Description: We have an entry-level management opportunity with one of our clients. This role will be a part of the property leadership and lead the Front Desk team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support and guidance to front desk agents.
    • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes for guests.
    • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless guest services.
    • Train and mentor front desk staff.
    • Maintain accurate records and handle financial transactions.
    • Manage room reservations and allocations.
    • Act as manager on duty when needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., OPERA PMS) is a plus.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
