Description

Responsibilities:


  • Manage patient appointments (scheduling, canceling, confirming, etc.)
  • Manage the flow of daily schedules (register patients, ensure that all necessary forms are completed and signed)
  • Knowledge of insurance reimbursements; insurance verification, provide insurance information to patients
  • Completing and filing insurance forms and billing records, managing insurance claims
  • Collection from patients before and after the appointment
  • Maintain frontdesk invoices
  • Document filing, scanning
  • Tracking daily and monthly production and collection; followup on collectibles

Skills required:


  • Knowledge of dental insurance verification and claims management is a must
  • Strong phone and inperson communication and motivation
  • Ability to multi task
  • Maturity, integrity, professional conduct and respect for patient confidentiality (HIPPA)

Educational requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required

Pay:
$60, $65,000.00 per year

Experience:
