Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments (scheduling, canceling, confirming, etc.)
- Manage the flow of daily schedules (register patients, ensure that all necessary forms are completed and signed)
- Knowledge of insurance reimbursements; insurance verification, provide insurance information to patients
- Completing and filing insurance forms and billing records, managing insurance claims
- Collection from patients before and after the appointment
- Maintain frontdesk invoices
- Document filing, scanning
- Tracking daily and monthly production and collection; followup on collectibles
Skills required:
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and claims management is a must
- Strong phone and inperson communication and motivation
- Ability to multi task
- Maturity, integrity, professional conduct and respect for patient confidentiality (HIPPA)
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
Pay:
$60, $65,000.00 per year
