The Front Desk Manager is responsible for the Front Desk operations, staff, and guests.

This position works closely with all department heads, including the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to achieve desired revenue, exceed guest satisfaction, and maintain a high level of service.

As the Front Desk Manager, you should have a strong knowledge of the brand you represent, the hotel, and the management company, Hotels Unlimited.


PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:


  • To oversee hiring, training, scheduling, employee issues, and termination including developmental and motivation of personnel skills of Front Desk employees.
  • To exemplify Hotel policies and procedures.
  • To uphold the highest level of guest satisfaction through leading by example
  • To maintain a high employee morale.

Requirements:


  • 2 years of recent experience in a hotel management role with strong guest service background
  • Proven track record of achieving excellent customer service.
  • Assertive, driven, and resultoriented
  • Ability to motivate and instill positive change
  • A well organized, highly motivated individual with a take charge attitude and excellent communication skills and great attention to detail is vital to this position.
  • Must set an example for all employees at all times relating to guest service and professionalism.
  • Excellent communicator, well organized, and detail oriented.
  • Flexible hours required.
  • Basic computer skills with knowledge in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as follow given instructions.
