    **Description**

    The Warehouse Manager contributes to the profitability, continuity, and growth of SeaSpine by overseeing the Warehouse, Receiving, and Shipping functions, as well as the entire material flow process for the Irvine Manufacturing Facility.

    The Manager is responsible for customer fulfillment within the Irvine site and consignment warehouses. This position will directly manage a team responsible for packaging generic items into customer specific configuration as well as picking and shipping orders and maintaining accurate system data and records (inventory control) in accordance with Quality System standard operating procedures and policies. The Manager is responsible for achieving quality, productivity, and customer service goals for the set replenishment process and distribution center, as well as setting budgets and new processes to support growth.

    **Essential Responsibilities:**

    Manages the entire warehouse staff in the shipping, receiving, stock room, autoclave and final packaging departments

    Meets customer demand by managing the backend processes of all finished goods out of the Irvine facility. This includes scheduling and executing work order for the appropriate packaging of semi-finished material to replenish finished goods stock levels.

    Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

    Manage shipping and final pack warehouses, offshore warehouses and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

    Oversees physical condition of entire warehouse and final pack by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment. Keeps a clean area that is organized.

    Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

    Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

    Develops staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

    Provides leadership by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

    Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

    Manages warehouse operations operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends.

    Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

    Collaborates with Sales and Customer Service to translate requirements for filling to Par levels

    Coordinate with Supply Chain analyst in reviewing appropriate stocking targets set for area

    Establish team and individual performance goals aligned with Department and Corporate objectives (KPIs, aging reports, performance metrics)

    Maintain, review, create and publish operational metrics & key performance indicators; evaluate performance based on performance targets

    Review and update Quality System standard operating procedures and policies on a periodic basis to ensure document accuracy and compliance by all staff

    Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and inventory management policies within the distribution and set replenishment areas

    Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to the distribution& warehouse process

    Collaborate with IT, Planning, Quality and Compliance, Product Development, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Consignment Management, and other areas to ensure timely information flow and alignment of shared goals and projects

    Perform other duties as required or assigned

    **Minimum Qualifications:**

    Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent

    7+ years warehouse experience

    4+ years working in ISO 13485 medical device environment or FDA regulated facility.

    Prioritize workloads and manage people and technology resources

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required, including team building and conflict resolution

    Ability to establish goals and monitor key performance indicators

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details required

    Strong computer knowledge required, including Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems

    Project person who is able to work in a team environment

    **Preferred Qualifications:**

    LEAN/ Six Sigma Certification

    Oracle experience

    3PL Knowledge
