We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient and effective management of inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing warehouse layout and processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control
Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout and maximize space utilization
Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed
Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement demand planning strategies
Coordinate with thirdparty logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery of products
Monitor shipping and receiving activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
Implement and maintain effective materials management processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the warehouse

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes, logistics, inventory control, and supply chain management
Familiarity with 3PL operations and working with external vendors
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and develop a team
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external partners
