Warehouse Manager-(Part-Time)

Beauty 2 The Streetz, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the homeless population in California, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part -Time Warehouse Manager to join our team.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and overseeing the distribution of essential items to those in need.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain inventory of donated goods, including but not limited to hygiene products, clothing, and nonperishable food items.
Coordinate with suppliers, donors, and volunteers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse space, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems to track incoming and outgoing inventory accurately.
Supervise warehouse staff and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Collaborate with program managers to fulfill supply requests and ensure adequate stock levels for outreach events and initiatives.
Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Manage distribution logistics, including loading and unloading trucks, organizing shipments, and coordinating with outreach teams for timely delivery to designated locations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination, preferably in a nonprofit or social services environment.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in inventory management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated commitment to social justice and serving vulnerable populations.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Salary:
$29-$33 per hour based on experience
