Job Overview:

The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations and is responsible for scheduling and supervising all warehouse employees. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for all parts receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping activities.

Duties also include inventory management and warehouse setup and parts storage locations to optimize efficient handling and storage of materials.

The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for setting priorities throughout the day to assure that all customer orders are picked and delivered to meet customer expectations.

They are also responsible for ongoing cycle counts and inventory accuracy.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Schedule and oversee warehouse team to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
  • Responsible for all receiving and put away of parts including notifying GR of any exceptions
  • Responsible for all picking and shipping of customer orders
  • Responsible for initiating corrective actions
  • Execute required cycle counts accurately and timely
  • Enforce all company safety standards
  • Maintain accurate physical bin locators in the system
  • Process all return orders including cores and warranties
  • Enforce Warehouse security including physical building security, inventory movement (inbound and outbound) by _any _of the staff, and documentation security (chain or custody)

Performance Measures:


  • Picks per manhour
  • Revenue per manhour
  • Cycle counts accurately and timely
  • Annual inventory accuracy
  • Accident and damage product
  • Damaged product

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
  • 3+ years' experience in a warehouse lead role managing employees
  • Ability to lift/carry 70lbs+ frequently
  • Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and leadership qualities
