DJE stocks an inventory that varies from audio, lighting, and video equipment to staging, truss, and rigging. DJE is constantly moving and putting on events. The ability to stay focused and get the job done is a must.


Position Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining, storing, and handling all DJE equipment.

This person is the Liaison between Production Managers and Warehouse Operations Team to properly pull gear and proficiently work through logistics for all DJE Events.

This includes Truck and Crew allocation to execute the pulling-loading-unloading of gear. Proficient understanding and knowledge of Flex Rental Solutions Software will be expected.

This position is responsible for the Shop Operations Team and has many "Projects" involving special requests for use of warehouse space and concessions with DJE Warehouse and Yard space.

This will include product demos from manufacturers, equipment training, and/or prep time requests with gear. Responsible for creating team synergy in the warehouse to optimize efficiency while maintaining a positive friendly atmosphere


Responsibilities/Duties

  • Space management
  • Assists in adjusting merchandise location, shelving, and racks


  • Replenishment

  • Maintains a constant awareness of inventory allocation and recommends changes
  • Inventory Control
  • Manage Repairs and Maintenance of equipment, inhouse or sent to manufacturer.
  • Assists in filling requisitions and orders
  • Assists in staging items by job in accordance with current processes and procedures.
  • Ensures product availability and minimizes inventory costs
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Assists in assembling orders and preparing goods for shipment in accordance with shipper's guidelines.
  • Assist in staging equipment for demonstrations, calibrations, and other testing done by the sales, engineering, and production teams.
  • Be the point of contact and handle facility maintenance issues
  • Work with the operations manager to ensure vehicle maintenance is done in a timely manner
  • Ensure the warehouse and other Logistics areas are orderly, secure, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
  • Provide training, corrective action, encouragement, and positive reinforcement to the other members of the Logistics Team
  • Be a responsible keyholder and appropriately open/close the facility as requested
  • Complete assigned tasks given by the Operations Manager and other members of the Leadership Team
  • Review hours for the department and approve weekly payroll in QB Time

Requirements:


  • 35 years of experience managing a mediumsized warehouse operation

Pay Range -
$60,000-$80,000/year - Depending on experience
