Role:
Sr Analyst, Project Mgmt./ Warehouse Manager

Location:
Irvine, CA

Duration: 6 Months on W2

Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

- 100% Onsite role.

Skills Looking For:

Managing a lowvolume
warehouse for Edwards Life Sciences, primarily focusing on R&D overflow
equipment storage and inventory management

A
forklift license is required for this role. They will not just work in the warehouse but also manage it and work on process improvements to make it more efficient, neat, and tidy.
Strong Organizational and Communication skills.**:
Customer service**-oriented personnel.
Strong Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Ability to be a selfstarter and collaborative.
Familiarity with barcod
edriven inventory systems may be beneficial.
No formal process in place as of now, so this person must have the ability to develop and refine processes is essential.
Ability to walk around campus and identify storage opportunities beyond the warehouse may be required.**:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
:Managing inventory and storage space, Coordinating with user groups for inventory needs, Ensuring accuracy and updating of
inventory records, Overseeing intake and distribution of inventory, Auditing space and providing reports, Potentially assisting with disposal or sale of excess equipment

Education and Level of Experience:

Associate degree with 5 to 7 years of experience.
Bachelors may be overqualified for the role.
