We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager/Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf to start as soon as possible.


At RENT4EVENT GmbH, we turn every event into an experience and provide our customers with expert support from consultation to delivery and return.

Since 2000, we have been the complete supplier for non-food catering, delivering everything our customers need for their events. With locations in Düsseldorf, Berlin, and Cologne, we are always close to our customers throughout Germany.


Your future responsibilities:

  • Placing and coordinating orders with preselected suppliers
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods
  • Production planning in coordination with the operations management
  • Optimizing and stabilizing logistics processes
  • Invoice control
  • Assisting with special events such as setup, dismantling, and returns
  • Staff planning, training, and management
  • Coordinating temporary workers
  • Quality assurance

Your profile:

  • You are a team player, reliable, and communicative
  • You have completed training as a warehouse specialist, master, or similar
  • Professional experience in a leadership role
  • Good knowledge of German
  • High selfmotivation and goal orientation
  • Driver's license class B
  • Physical resilience
  • Seasonal flexibility depending on the industry
