    Role: Business System Analyst
    Location: Pleasanton, CA, Or Salt lake city, UT, Or Boulder, Colorado.

    Duration: 1 year + Potential to extend
    Required Skills: Workday HCM Solution
    Job Description: Job Title: "Total Rewards and HCM"

    Team: Manage Workday end to end standpoint for HRIS team
    Functionality and Reporting, config, reqs gathering,, development
    Support Global HR Team in Total Rewards Space - we have a need in comp an benefit space
    Everything in HCM space, HR core, security Set up, Administration role
    Hands on experience within Workday
    Location: Ideally 50% in the office, come in 2 weeks ren not come 2 weeks, come some days, etc. flexible
    Duration: 12 months - potential to extend or convert
    Interview Process: Discovery with the HM, then R2 will be 30 minutes each with three people total

    1. Day to day:
      1. JIRA for new enhancements requests, bug fixes, we use JIRA as a whole - work through the backlog, handle the high volume
      2. PM work - Benefits side e have annual enrolment - 45 enhancements are happening, partner with product team
      3. International growth project - 200-line items, time off and absence - 80% of global workforce. Help with that
    2. Ideal: Looking for someone who has a strong background on what the customers are asking for, what they want and help config those needs
    3. HRIS Admin role with workday in the past is preferred, reporting role in the past security in the past
    4. Certification is nice to have
    5. Config solutions you may be: Increasing FSA limit for USA
    6. Years of experience: 4+ years in Workday platform will be ideal. (4-6 is sweet spot)
    DETAILED JD:

    The HCM Benefits Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of Workday's HCM solution internally at the company, including mainly Core and Benefits.
    The Business Systems Analyst will be a self-starter who can provide Workday product and implementation expertise to their business partners and work in collaboration across functional areas across different time zones, when applicable.
    The Candidate will work with their internal customers to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the Workday solution.
    The Business Systems Analyst will provide day to day systems support to the business partners.
    The role requires analysis of complex business problems to be solved with configuration solutions.
    Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
    Configures system settings and options; plans and carries out unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
    Design and implement automated systems. Lead multi-functional teams to address business or systems issues. Support internal or external teams is customer-focused and works in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.

    Basic Qualifications
    4+ years of experience/knowledge of Workday HCM, specifically Benefits
    Proven track record with Workday HCM enhancements, development and end to end module implementation
    Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
    Experience implementing/supporting Workday
    Strong analytical, prioritising, problem-solving, analytical, project management and planning skills.

    Other Qualifications
    Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and deliver a solid experience
    Workday Certification in HCM desirable but not essential (or any other modules)
    Experience with report writing, calculated fields and knowledge of integration solutions
    Strong stakeholder engagement
