- Work directly under the supervision of the Physician Support Manager
- Show proficiency in job-related skills tailored to various patient demographics and departmental services
- Handle patient appointment scheduling and rescheduling at the appropriate facility to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain organized account folders in line with departmental standards
- Regularly communicate with assigned referring offices and sales representatives
- Ensure patients are cleared for specific diagnostic tests
- Collect and input patient demographic and insurance details as required
- Possess knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with insurance plans
- Follow instructions and established guidelines in job execution
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Manager
- Demonstrate proficiency in job-related skills and exceptional customer service
- Operate equipment and mechanical devices ensuring functionality, effectiveness, and safety
- Comply with policies, procedures, and guidelines related to departmental operations
