Our client, a global leader in beauty and cosmetics, is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sales Representative Support Coordinator to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Provide whiteglove, conciergestyle customer service to sales representatives. This includes answering incoming calls, monitoring and solving support desk tickets, processing orders, and execution of related marketing programs.
- Maintain knowledge of the products and FAQs.
- Utilize systems and department tracking tools and processes to ensure standard department practices and SOPs are followed.
- Process sales orders timely and accurately.
- On occasion, communicate with warehouse and Fedex/UPS/freight forwarders as appropriate.
- Understand and maintain adherence to departmental and corporate procedures and timelines.
- Internally fulfill and ship orders and marketing requests, as needed.
- Effectively prioritize the daily responsibilities, management of order and ticketing system, phone calls and office requests, both individually and within the Concierge Team.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors
- 5+ years corporate business or related job experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in heavy workload environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Analytical ability.
- Flexible, persuasive, and diplomatic.
- Teambuilding skills.
