The Team

The primary objective of the Onboarding team is to facilitate a seamless start for customers on our platform. In addition to handling the typical day-to-day tasks related to defining the technical scope of customer interactions, this team plays a key role in identifying customer pain points that can be addressed to improve the quality and efficiency of the onboarding process.

The Role

We are in search of a highly talented and motivated Enterprise Platform Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this position, you will act as a crucial link between our Customer Experience, Sales, and Engineering departments. Your participation will be fundamental in fostering smooth communication and collaboration among these teams to deliver exceptional products and services to our clientele.

Where you will make an impact:

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Engineering teams to seamlessly integrate Findigs products into customer business and technical environments
Engage with new customers to identify business requirements, understand their needs, and pinpoint opportunities for product enhancements
Work closely with the Engineering team to prioritize and coordinate product development efforts based on customer needs, business objectives, and engineering resources
Create documentation of integration flows for technical end users
Conduct technical configuration for new customer accounts using low-code/no-code tools
Establish and document processes for sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions from prospects to customers
Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Experience, to guarantee seamless project execution and timely delivery
Provide guidance and assistance to the Engineering team throughout the development process, which includes reviewing technical specifications, clarifying requirements, and troubleshooting issues
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) activities to uphold the defined requirements and high-quality standards of the delivered solution
Act as a subject matter expert on our platform, interact with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, address inquiries, and deliver product-related support

Qualifications of a successful candidate:

5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role within a software development environment
Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly
Prior experience collaborating directly with customers to comprehend their needs and requirements
Understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and the capacity to align product initiatives with sales objectives and customer needs
Experience working with enterprise-level SaaS platforms, understanding their unique challenges, and devising solutions to tackle them
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Proven track record of collaborative work within a cross-functional team setting

Technical requirements:

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams and comprehend technical intricacies
Familiarity with REST APIs and their implementation to facilitate integrations and data exchange between our platform and external systems
Strong command of SQL for data analysis, reporting, and querying relational databases
