    About this role:

    Pockyt is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer who exhibits strong business, operational, and technical insight to deliver payment solutions end-to-end. In this pivotal role, you will foster close collaborations across a spectrum of teams—spanning Sales, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Customer Success—to craft and implement comprehensive solutions tailored to our customers' diverse needs.

    Responsibility:

    • Conduct business analysis and prepare detailed project scopes.
    • Offer technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Work alongside Customer Success Managers to define customers' needs, shaping the product's vision and strategy.
    • Document technical requirements and solutions.
    • Establish and track key performance metrics to ensure product sustainability and quality.
    • Engage deeply with technical aspects of the product to support customer inquiries.
    • Collaborate with the Product team to identify and fill product gaps, contributing to feature development and improvements.
    • Design and maintain integrations with partners and third-party platforms, as well as the product's APIs and SDKs.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of experience in payments is preferred.
    • A minimum of 3 years in hands-on programming with languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, Kotlin, .Net, C++, or similar.
    • Proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams and customer-facing engineering teams.
    • Strong mentorship skills and the ability to work under pressure.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
