    Overview:

    Dies ist keine gewhnliche Position fr einen Solutions Engineer.

    Unser Berliner Team ist verantwortlich fr den Aufbau der Pipeline und das Management von Opportunities aus technischer und vertrieblicher Sicht bei unseren DACH-Kunden, um Redgates Prsenz in diesem Gebiet aufzubauen und zu strken. Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Solutions Engineer, der unser Team verstrkt und das Wachstum in unseren deutschsprachigen Mrkten vorantreibt.

    Die Rolle:

    • Maximierung der Verkaufschancen durch Bereitstellung von technischem Fachwissen und Empfehlungen
    • Identifizierung und Erluterung der Vorteile unserer Lsungen auf der Grundlage der spezifischen Anforderungen eines Kunden
    • Teilnahme an persnlichen Kundenbesprechungen sowie Austausch von Erkenntnissen ber die Arbeitsweise unserer Kunden mit dem gesamten Vertriebsteam
    • Technische Prsentationen und Software-Demonstrationen
    • Prsentieren Sie auf Veranstaltungen, in Webinaren, bei Kunden, sowie ber Redgate- und soziale Kommunikationskanle zu Themen, die auf Redgates Lsungen abgestimmt sind

    In dieser Funktion werden Sie die folgenden Aufgaben wahrnehmen:

    • Stndiger Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit, was zu referenzfhigen Kunden und einem positiven Markenbewusstsein fhrt
    • Sie halten sich ber Produktaktualisierungen und Wettbewerber auf dem Laufenden.
    • Aktive Beteiligung am Ausbau des Redgate-Geschfts in der Region
    • Verantwortlich fr die persnliche Entwicklung und die Durchfhrung von technischen Schulungen fr das Vertriebsteam
    • Verantwortlich fr das Verstndnis der Plattformen, auf denen unsere Tools arbeiten (SQL Server, Oracle, Visual Studio usw.)
    • Verantwortlich fr allgemeines Wissen ber die Produkte unserer wichtigsten Wettbewerber
    • Verantwortlich fr die Zusammenarbeit und das Kunden-Feedback an unser Produktmanagement
    • Die Position erfordert einige Reisen zu Interessenten/Kunden/Partnern und Veranstaltungen in der DACH-Region

    Der erfolgreiche Bewerber:

    • Flieende Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift auf teschnischem und Business-Level
    • Aufrichtiges Interesse an Technologie und die Fhigkeit, sich technische Informationen schnell anzueignen und zu verstehen
    • Kaufmnnisches Geschick und kundenorientiertes Denken
    • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Prsentationsfhigkeiten (sowohl persnlich als auch aus der Ferne)
    • Sozial kompetent, selbstmotiviert und enthusiastisch
    • Ein proaktiver Teamplayer
    • Das Erreichen von Umsatzzielen liegt Ihnen sehr am Herzen, whrend Sie gleichzeitig zu einem positiven Kundenerlebnis beitragen
    • Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklung oder Datenbankverwaltung, ein Bewusstsein fr Agile/DevOps-Praktiken und Erfahrungen im Halten von technischen Prsentationen sind ein Vorteil
