    About The Role

    Join EliseAI as a Solutions Engineer where you will play a vital role in product launches and support processes. Collaborate with clients, support engineers, and customer success managers to ensure seamless product implementations and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities include developing launch tools, mastering product functionalities, and delivering training and support for escalations.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Engage in comprehensive discovery sessions with new clients to grasp their needs.
    • Represent Support Engineers for your product area, ensuring alignment and teamwork.
    • Create and update roadmaps for launch tools and quality assurance processes.
    • Assist Customer Success Managers in product implementations and provide training and escalation support.
    • Offer troubleshooting assistance to clients post-launch, resolving product-related issues.
    • Acquire a deep understanding of the product to effectively meet client requirements and provide support.
    Requirements
    • 3+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer in a SaaS company.
    • Solid grasp of product development and launch procedures.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities with technical troubleshooting skills.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and support ticketing systems.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with QA processes and self-serve tool development is advantageous.
    • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team with a proactive problem-solving approach.
    • Willingness to work in person at the NYC headquarters 4-5 days per week.

    Job Compensation Range:

    The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. EliseAI provides a competitive compensation package based on various factors like experience, skills, and qualifications, discussed further during the interview process.
