    Veriff is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our America Sales Team. As a Solutions Engineer at Veriff, you will collaborate across teams to offer technical insight, product knowledge, and expertise to our prospects and customers. This role is critical in the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales process, influencing customer success by advancing their requirements effectively.

    Your responsibilities will involve:

    • Reducing time to revenue by streamlining customer implementation and onboarding processes
    • Partnering with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex deal cycles across various industries
    • Establishing and maintaining trust with customers, utilizing their context to understand goals and fostering a valuable relationship
    • Collaborating with the sales team to develop account strategies and identify new opportunities within existing accounts
    • Conducting outstanding company/product presentations and demonstrations
    • Liaising with Product Management and Engineering to provide field feedback and advocate for customer needs, aiming for product enhancement
    • Managing customer integrations with tailored plans for efficient delivery
    To be the ideal candidate, you should have:
    • 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or solutions engineering in the SaaS sector
    • A background in software development and experience collaborating with product, engineering, and GTM or Sales Teams
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for delivering persuasive presentations and product demos
    • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing abilities
    • Prior experience supporting global clients
    You'll stand out if you also:
    • Have previous experience as a Solutions Engineer in the IDV/IDVaaS industry
    • Are proficient in both English and Spanish
    Compensation:

    $116,280 - $157,320 per year + commission. Note that salary ranges are based on market data and may vary depending on individual factors
