    Description

    Job Title-Recruiting Coordinator

    Location- San Diego, CA (hybrid position)

    US Citizenship required

    Position Overview

    May sort resumes for further action

    May do initial phone screening of candidates

    Maintains calendars and schedules interviewing appointments

    Handles all communications with candidates

    Assists Recruiter with advertising, employee referrals, and job fairs. Maintains applicant file system

    Day-to-day responsibilities:

    Schedule virtual interviews using MS Outlook

    Calling candidates to schedule and confirm their interviews

    Creating and maintaining a positive candidate experience

    Attend team meetings as needed

    Qualifications

    Experience working as a recruiting coordinator, including scheduling candidate interviews

    Excellent communication and organization skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround requests

    MS Outlook experience

    Workday experience – Preferred

    1+ years of experience

    Calendar software (Outlook, Google, etc)
