    Wilson Sonsini:
    Wilson Sonsini is known for being the top legal advisor for technology, life sciences, and other growing businesses internationally. They offer legal representation for companies at all stages, from small startups to large global corporations. They are currently looking for a full-time San Diego Recruiting Coordinator to join their San Diego office. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the recruiting process for various positions within the San Diego office.

    • Responsibilities Include:

    • Collaborate with various teams to plan and lead summer program efforts and patent agent recruiting events.
    • Coordinate administrative tasks for recruiting processes, including events, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Establish strategic relationships with educational institutions and career services professionals.
    • Assist in diversity hiring strategies and onboarding new hires.
    • Mentor junior team members and assist with marketing materials and content development.
    Desired Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • At least 2 years of professional recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services.
    • Knowledge of legal employment issues and attorney recruiting processes.
    • Strong ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
    • Understanding of unconscious bias in recruiting and hiring.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Workday, and applicant tracking systems.

    The position is based in San Diego. The salary offered will be based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is $43.68 per hour. Additional compensation may include overtime and a year-end merit bonus. Wilson Sonsini offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
