- Responsible for supporting the end user community at the university hospitals and clinic locations.
- Analyze and diagnose application / system issues, creating and updating user accounts in Active Directory & other systems.
- Perform software installs, PC maintenance and maintain communication for planned and unplanned outages.
- Support for all users experiencing problems with the clinical application software suite, various operating systems, business productivity software, network and Wi-Fi connectivity and other computer related technology.
- Track & monitor ticket progress per required SLA & follow escalation procedures.
- Work on handling 30+ tickets daily, providing quality customer service
- High School Diploma
- Associate or bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
- Min of 3 years of IT and 2 years' experience within Service Desk Support
- Must be open to working all shifts when necessary.
